Terms and Conditions
This agreement is between Law Call AI, a division of Sales Team 1, LLC. (Company) at 1621 Central Ave., Cheyenne, WY 82001 and customer (Lawyer).
Service Description. Inbound calls to Lawyers main phone number are forwarded to a provided dedicated phone number to connect with the AI Agent. An introductory announcement, prompt (which provides guidelines for the call) and a reference document with typical client questions and response instructions is crafted. The collective guidelines require extensive testing so that agent behaviors and responses are accurate, sympathetic and reflect positively on the lawyer’s practice. Company strives to follow commonly understood legal ethics guidelines especially pertaining to outcome predictions or guarantees. Clients are invited to visit a Call Request page requesting the lawyer to call back. An online form is submitted with sufficient details to allow the lawyer to quickly value the case and complete contact info. The lawyer can then contact the client to do preferred intake and schedule an appointment as needed.
Term
The term is monthly when that option is selected when ordered or annually when that option is selected.
Fees
$97.00 Monthly Fee or $970.00 for Annual Fee.
Includes 250 minutes per month with 5ยข per minute over billed separately.
Other Fees. There are no set-up or other fees.
Payment Methods. All fees payable by credit card via the Stripe payment links.
Payments Due. Monthly or Annual fees are payable in advance before the next month for continued access. We use recurring billing via Stripe which is convenient and guarantees against service disruption.
Recurring Billing. The term starts on the delivery notification date. Lawyer agrees to recurring charges for monthly option.
Guarantee. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. All fees can be refunded on request if within the first week.
Changes. Prompt changes or updates necessary for proper functioning will be provided without charge during the term.
Acceptance. Lawyer will make test calls to approve of the final product and accepts delivery by forwarding calls to the AI.
Call Forwarding. Lawyer controls and is responsible to forward client calls to the provided AI Agent number. Failure to do so and to test routinely can result in lost client calls.
Confidentiality. All information provided to the other that is not public or commonly available will be kept confidential.
Indemnification. Company is indemnified and held harmless for any aspect of services provided that are beyond its control and makes no claims as to forwarded calls to the AI Agent to or outcomes of clients regarding to legal services provided by Lawyer.
Intellectual Property. Company retains all rights and sole ownership of systems provided to deliver the posted services.
Termination. Company reserves the right to terminate this agreement with or without cause upon written (emailed) notice. A pro-rated refund for Monthly or Annual fee payments will be given only if the agreement is terminated by Company without cause. You can cancel the service at any time with emailed notice without expectation of refunds.
Jurisdiction and Governing Law. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of and in the Jurisdiction of the State of Wyoming.
Subject to Change. Terms may be changed but will not apply retroactively.
Disputes. Resolution will be by mediation (unless mutually waived) and then binding arbitration both using impartial services selected by Company, accepted by both parties and with the party initiating any action paying all fees. Client agrees not to dispute credit card charges or other payments until and unless all mediation and arbitration processes are finalized and further not to post negative reviews on or offline and to abide by decisions made during dispute resolution.
